IMEKO CONVOCATION COMMITTEE 2026-2031 INAUGURATED…See Pictures!

The committee saddled with the task of organising the December annual convocation of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, the Imeko Convocation Committee (I.C.C) 2026-2031, was inaugurated on Friday 6th February 2026 at the Pastoral Residence in Lagos.

Letters of appointments were given to committee members by His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head, C.C.C Worldwide. Administration of oath of office and prayers followed.

A brief inaugural meeting of the committee was held thereafter. The presence of members of the committee in diaspora who travelled all the way to Nigeria for the inauguration ceremony added verve to the event.

From the diaspora came VSE Ebenezer Akinwunmi (Coordinator, Diaspora Affairs), AVSE Peter Onwodi (Patron), MC Sharon Efunkoya (Chairperson III), MC Ebun Enahoro ( Special Adviser), and MC Tutu Ogunleye (Special Adviser). The Chairperson of the committee, MC Sidikat Amusan of C.C.C Metropolitan Parish, Washington DC , was, however, unavoidably absent.

Other committee members present at the inauguration were Superior. Evangelist Julius Akinola (Chairman), Superior Evangelist Sunday Adeyemi (Chairman II), MC Ronke Ogunremi (Chairperson II), AVSE Taiwo Onobote (Treasurer), VSE Babajide Bola Leshi (Financial Secretary), Superior Evangelist Peter Onwodi (Patron), MC Cordelia Odili (Matron), AMSE Adeboyeku Okanlawon (Special Adviser), and AVSE Kayode Ajala (Coordinator, Media), VSE Ogunbajo Obafemi (Secretary II), Superior Evangelist Gbenga Adekanmbi (Financial Secretary II).

The following committee members were, however, absent with apology. They are SVMSE Gabriel Oshoffa (Secretary), Superior Evangelist Lamina Rasheed, Superior Evangelist Bankole Agunsoye (Special Adviser), LSSES Olayemi Oshoffa.

Committee members were treated to a sumptuous lunch to round up the event.
