C.C.C Evangelism Council Sets Imeko Ablaze With 3-Day Revival…‘Feed My Sheep’ as Church Marks 79th Founder’s Day
The ancient town of Imeko, Ogun State, is set for three days of intense worship, prayers and spiritual renewal as the Celestial Evangelism Council of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide hosts a major revival to commemorate the church’s 79th Founder’s Day.
Tagged “Feed My Sheep,” the revival, which began on Sunday, September 27, runs through Tuesday, September 29, 2026, with services commencing at 5:00 p.m. daily.
The programme is holding at the open field opposite the Pastor’s residence, Celestial City, Imeko, drawing members of the Celestial Church of Christ and other Christian faithful to the historic spiritual centre for what promises to be a powerful season of prayer, praise, preaching and evangelism.

Among the ministers lined up for the revival are Most Superior Evangelist J.D Nunayon, Most Superior Evangelist Olusegun Olarinde, and Assistant Most Superior Evangelist J.B Adelaja, who are expected to lead participants in biblical exhortation and spiritual ministrations throughout the programme.
The theme, Feed My Sheep, strikes at the heart of the Christian responsibility to nurture believers, strengthen the weak and reach those who have yet to encounter the message of Christ. It also places evangelism and the spiritual welfare of the flock at the centre of the Founder’s Day commemoration.
For the Celestial Church of Christ, the 79th Founder’s Day is more than an anniversary. It is a moment to remember the pioneering vision of the church’s founder, the late Reverend Pastor Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa, and to reflect on the spiritual mandate handed down to succeeding generations.
From its humble beginnings in 1947, the church has grown into a worldwide Christian movement with parishes and worshippers across different countries. The anniversary consequently provides an opportunity for members to celebrate the journey so far while renewing their commitment to the Gospel.
Against this backdrop, the Evangelism Council’s three-day revival is expected to serve as both a spiritual homecoming and a fresh call to service, with worshippers urged to reconnect with the faith, discipline and evangelistic passion that have remained central to the church’s mission.
As the revival enters its final day today, Tuesday, September 29, the atmosphere at Celestial City, Imeko, is expected to reach a crescendo, with worshippers gathering for the concluding service at 5:00 p.m.
The programme is poised to provide a fitting spiritual climax to the church’s 79th Founder’s Day celebrations, leaving participants with a renewed challenge: to heed the injunction to “Feed My Sheep” and carry the message of Christ into the wider world.
