Excitement is building among members of the Celestial Church of Christ in Arizona as His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa and his entourage arrive today, Tuesday, September 29, for a four-day pastoral visit expected to feature fellowship, spiritual ministrations and an anointment service.
The visit, which runs from September 29 to October 2, is expected to provide members with an opportunity to receive the Pastor, fellowship together and participate in activities lined up for the visit.
The Pastor is scheduled to arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport at 6:34 p.m. on Tuesday. Members are encouraged to turn out in good numbers to give him a warm welcome and receive him in the spirit of Christian love and fellowship.
Those unable to make it to the airport can join other members immediately after the arrival at C.C.C Crown of Glory Parish, 4030 N 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85017.
A major highlight of the visit will be the Anointment Service scheduled for Thursday, October 1, at 6:00 p.m. at C.C.C Crown of Glory Parish.
Individuals who have been recommended by their Shepherds and have completed the required process for anointment are expected to be present for the service.
The Pastor’s Arizona visit will conclude on Friday, October 2, when he is scheduled to depart for New York City. Members wishing to see him off and offer prayers for a safe journey have been asked to gather by 12 noon.
The visit has already generated enthusiasm among members, with the church community looking forward to a period of spiritual fellowship, prayer and renewed commitment.
Members are encouraged to circulate the announcement widely and make the necessary arrangements to participate in the various activities.
As the Arizona Celestial community prepares to receive its Pastor and Spiritual Head, the message is clear: come together in love, unity and thanksgiving for what promises to be a memorable pastoral visit.
