This has been the doctrine but it is no longer so in most of the parishes kindly make it mandatory

My observation and questions are;
1. Any concerns on the 3-Elders prayer??
2. Is there any specifications on modifying the “Youth’s Music Department” in any parishes that are expected to observe these regulations above Sir??

Hallelujah sir,
As helpful as the above clarifications are, I strongly believe there is still room for improvement, especially to accommodate parishes that are still developing. While these guidelines may work effectively in well-established parishes, they may unintentionally create limitations for others.
There are many parishes where the youths are capable, organised, and able to carry out these responsibilities effectively, even though they may not yet be anointed. If such youths are excluded, there is a risk that they may feel sidelined and seek relevance outside our church, which could ultimately lead to losing them to other denominations.
In view of this, I propose that the Juvenile Harvest template be adopted for such parishes as a more inclusive approach.
Under this arrangement:
Qualified youths who are not yet anointed can tie palm fronts.
The Service Conductor can remain at the main entrance of the Altar arena to coordinate the service without entering the Altar.
The Sermoner can use the single pulpit typically designated for announcements and weekly services.
The kindling of the light can be reserved strictly for anointed members.
This approach will help maintain spiritual standards while also creating room for growth, inclusion, and mentorship of younger members within the fold.
