This is to announce that the ongoing 2026 ANOINTMENT EXERCISE taking place at the Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State, is hereby SUSPENDED temporarily.
This TEMPORARY SUSPENSION takes IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
In other words, the ANOINTMENT EXERCISE shall NOT hold tomorrow, THURSDAY, 26th MARCH, 2026.
Be informed also that the 2026 ANOINTMENT EXERCISE shall RESUME after the EASTER BREAK.
A specific date (after the Easter Break) for the resumption of the 2026 ANOINTMENT EXERCISE shall be announced in due course.
Please note that a TIME-TABLE highlighting dates, time, venue, as well as other guidelines and instructions that would guide the 2026 ANOINTMENT EXERCISE upon resumption after the EASTER BREAK shall also be released soon.
SHEPHERDS, PARISHIONERS and all candidates for ANOINTMENT must comply with the TIME-TABLE to be released, and its accompanying guidelines and instructions.
These steps are being put in place to curtail ROWDINESS, DISORDERLINESS and also ensure effective CROWD CONTROL for the safety and well-being of all prospective anointees.

ADDENDUM: Clergy and Church Workers are hereby informed that this year’s washing of feet exercise for church workers will hold on Saturday 28th March 2026 at the premises of the Celestial Church of Christ Theological Seminary, Klm 53 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Time: 12.30 pm.

It’s actually a shame that we have been repeating the same mistake over the years. It’s actually a shame that those people at the helm of affairs ain’t capable of conducting a stressfree anointment exercise despite collecting money from people for anointment. To make matters worse, suspending the exercise when people have rescheduled their calendar because of this… wasted transport fare, risking their lives on the bad road of this country.

We lack administration in ccc ! And it’s a shame to see people come for anointment only to be injured or face life risk and stress . I saw a lot and kept videos of this 2026 anointment process . It’s a shame and a shame indeed . This process was poor . Even the pastor health is not capable of handling such amount of crowd to be anointed at a time ! If there be an assistant let him assist! I believe constitution are made to be amendable!
