Kayode Ajala‘Overflowing of Blessings’ to headline week-long celebration
LAGOS — The Celestial Church of Christ, Jordan Parish, Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos, is set to celebrate its 30th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, October 11, 2026, with the theme “Overflowing of Blessings.”
The thanksgiving service will hold at the church auditorium as members, families and invited guests gather to celebrate God’s faithfulness and give thanks for His blessings.
Ahead of the grand finale, the parish will commence its Harvest Week on Monday, October 5, with a series of spiritual and community-focused activities designed to prepare members for the thanksgiving.
The week-long programme will feature a Sidesmen and Sideswomen Vigil, Revival, Spiritual Consultation, Praise Night and Sanitation, culminating in the Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service on October 11.
The parish leadership has extended an invitation to members of the church, families, friends and the wider Christian community to join in the celebration.
The harvest celebration draws inspiration from the biblical injunction: “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” — Psalm 107:1.
With the theme, “Overflowing of Blessings,” the parish expects the celebration to be a period of thanksgiving, worship and renewed fellowship.
All are warmly invited to celebrate this milestone with CCC Jordan Parish.
