OBJECTIVES OF THE COMMITTEE:
The objectives of this committee are as follows:

• To organize an international standard youth convention successfully.
• To ensure massive participation and attendance of the youths worldwide.
• To choose a convenient date for the convention.
• To raise funds for the success of the convention.
• To have a flexible and impactful programme of events during the convention.

TERMS OF DURATION:

This committee will cease to function immediately after the conclusion of the convention.

SUBMISSION OF REPORT:
This committee is expected to submit the report of their activities within 21 days after the end of the convention.
This must include their recommendations for subsequent conventions.

We plead with our fathers in the Lord, the Parochial Committees, the Women Organisations, and every segment of the church at all administrative regions to offer the necessary assistance and support to the committee.
