VSE AYO OSHO, JOHN MAFORIKAN AND YINKA SOBODU BAG PRIME UK DIOCESE APPOINTMENTS

“Following the appointment of a new Head of the UK Diocese and the constitution of a new General Committee for the Diocese, I sincerely appreciate your efforts to foster unity and to bring aggrieved members of the UK Diocese together in harmony. This is highly commendable.”

The foregoing are the words of His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa, as he pronounced the dissolution of the UK Diocese Management Committee, the appointment of a new Head of UK Diocese, and the establishment of a new General Committee to complement the work of the newly appointed, Head of UK Diocese, AMSE Bola Olaleye.

Members of the General Committee of the UK Diocese are, VSE Ayo Osho (Chairman), AVSE John Maforikan (Admin Officer), and VSE Yinka Sobodu (Financial Secretary).

The new General Committee is expected to support and complement the work of the new Head of UK Diocese, and also offer constructive advice that would lead to the progress of the UK Diocese.

Above all, the Committee is to ensure that no parallel administration emerges within the UK Diocese.
