JUST IN: UK DIOCESE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE HOLDS MEETING WITH SHEPHERDS AND CHURCH WORKERS

The Management Committee of the C.C.C UK Diocese convened a landmark meeting on Saturday, 31st January 2026, bringing together all Shepherds and Church Workers across the Diocese.
The meeting was exceptionally well attended, widely described as unprecedented in scale and participation, with records indicating that such attendance had not been witnessed in over 30 years.

The atmosphere throughout the meeting was one of unity, cooperation, and shared purpose. Contributions from participants were robust, constructive, and deeply supportive, reflecting a collective commitment to the growth, stability, and spiritual maturity of the Diocese. Many attendees testified that the meeting was not only helpful but transformative in setting a clear administrative and spiritual direction for the future.

The meeting was formally opened by the Chairman of the Management Committee, Venerable Superior Evangelist (VSE) Ayo Osho, who warmly welcomed all Shepherds and Church Workers present.
In his address, he reiterated and reaffirmed the clear decision and vision of His Eminence, Reverend Pastor E. M.F Oshoffa to establish a fully functional, well-structured, and accountable Diocese in the United Kingdom.
This vision, he emphasized, is rooted in order, transparency, and sustainability, in line with both spiritual guidance and sound administrative principles.

As part of a comprehensive restructuring process aimed at strengthening governance, the Management Committee formally dissolved all ministries and official positions of the former administration. This decision was taken after careful consideration, with the primary objective of laying a fresh and unified foundation for effective diocesan administration.
In their place, the Committee introduced a new governance framework based on Regional Authorities, to be supported by a clearly defined Circuit and District system across the UK Diocese. This structure is designed to enhance coordination, accountability, and pastoral effectiveness at all levels.

Following the meeting, official letters were issued to the newly appointed Regional Heads, Circuit Heads, and District Heads, formally communicating their responsibilities and roles within the new administrative structure.
In a further significant reform, the position of Superintendents was abolished. To ensure continuity of wisdom and guidance, the Committee appointed Advisers for the UK Diocese, whose role will be to provide counsel, support, and institutional memory as the Diocese moves forward under the new system.

The creation of Regions was carried out with diligence and fairness. Existing UK postcodes were used as the primary framework, and particular attention was given to parishes with established places of worship, which served as a key criterion in selecting Regional Heads. This approach ensures that leadership is anchored in stability, experience, and demonstrated capacity for stewardship.

This historic meeting marks a defining moment in the administrative life of the C.C.C UK Diocese. It establishes a strong legacy of order, inclusiveness, and forward-thinking governance that future generations will look back on with gratitude.
The Management Committee remains committed to transparent communication and continued progress.
