This is to inform all Regional Heads, Zonal Heads, District Heads, Area Heads, and Shepherds that, effective immediately, Monthly Pastoral Returns, Harvest Returns, et al, are to be paid into the following account:

ACCOUNT NAME: C.C.C Pastoral Account.
ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0990169278.
Shepherds, in particular, are to ensure that parishes under their watch comply with this pastoral directive with immediate effect.
Failure to comply would attract severe penalties.
