The Celestial Church of Christ Female Church Workers (CCCFCW), Diaspora, United States Chapter, has honoured the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, with a plaque of appreciation for his support and recognition of the role of women in the ministry of the church.

The presentation was made during the ongoing pastoral visit of Rev. E.M.F. Oshoffa to the United States, at a meeting with members of the CCCFCW at CCC Jefferson Parish, New York.

The women expressed appreciation to the Pastor for creating greater space and giving a stronger voice to female members who, according to them, carry the anointing and divine calling to serve and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the Celestial Church of Christ.

The CCCFCW Forum was inaugurated by Rev. E.M.F. Oshoffa in December 2023 at Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State, as a female wing under the CCC Council of Shepherds. The forum brings together female Church Planters and Female Church Workers within the Celestial fold, providing a platform for women actively engaged in evangelism, church planting, ministry and other areas of service.

The body is presently coordinated by Mother Celestial Victoria Ikimalo and Mother Celestial Hannah Olowolayemo.

Leading the delegation at the New York meeting was the Secretary of the CCCFCW, Mother Celestial Titilayo Owolabi Akerele, alongside the Diaspora US Leader, Mother Celestial Shade Fashola, and Mother Celestial Akinsanya, recognised as the very first female Church Worker in New York City.

Other members of the forum also participated in the meeting, which provided an opportunity for the women to interact with the Pastor and reaffirm their commitment to the vision of a stronger and more inclusive female workforce within the CCC.

The meeting was facilitated by Assistant Most Superior Evangelist S.F Adeniyi, Head of Administration, C.C.C W/w.

Presenting the plaque, the female workers described Rev. E.M.F. Oshoffa’s encouragement of women in the church as a significant development that has opened new opportunities for female members to deploy their gifts, calling and spiritual capacities in the service of God and the CCC Vineyard.

The gesture, they said, was not merely an award but a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the confidence reposed in women and the recognition accorded their contributions to the worldwide mission of the Celestial Church of Christ.

The meeting ended on a note of appreciation, renewed commitment and prayers for the continued growth of the church and the success of the Pastor’s leadership and ministry worldwide.
