CARDINAL JAMES OMOLAJA ODUNMBAKU LOSES BELOVED WIFE!

With heavy hearts but in total submission to the will of Almighty God, we announce the demise of Mother Celestial Olasinmi Akindele Odunmbaku.
She was the loving and devoted wife of Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku, popularly known in political circles as “Baba Eto, and the Shepherd in Charge of the Celestial Church of Christ, City of God Cathedral, Akiode Ojodu, Lagos, as well as the Convener of the Soulwinners Ambassadors International Ministry.
A passionate worshipper and pillar of the Celestial Church of Christ, City of God Cathedral, Mother Celestial Olasinmi Akindele Odunmbaku was also a former Commisioner former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Ondo State.
Known by the endearing sobriquet “Bulldozer” in political circles, late Mother Celestial Olasinmi Akindele Odunmbaku was highly regarded as a grassroots mobiliser and business woman.
She was born into the family of late Professor M. Olabode of the Akoko region of Ondo State. Her educational sojourn saw her attending Mary Hill Convent School and Queens School, Ibadan, Oyo State. She also studied Business and Finance, majoring in Accounting at the University of East London.
MC Simi Odunmbaku is also trailed by a legacy of advocating for the thirty five percent affirmative action for women in Nigerian governance.
She was aged 59 years old.
