This is to officially inform and invite all parishes in this region to attend the 6th Regional Meeting, scheduled as follows:

Date: Monday, 13th July 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: CCC Imota Parish 1

Attendance at this meeting is compulsory for all parishes and officers concerned, as we shall be honoured to receive the Personal Assistant (P.A.) to the Pastor. Every parish is therefore expected to be fully represented.

The following Areas are expected to be in attendance:

• Imota Area 1
• Imota Area 2
• Agbowa
• Adamo
• Osafa
• Gberigbe
• Akinyode
• IGBA

The attendance of the following officers is also mandatory:

• All Area Evangelists
• All District Evangelists
• All Zonal Evangelists
• All Shepherds

Kindly ensure that this announcement is communicated to every parish without delay. All attendees are expected to arrive punctually and conduct themselves in a manner befitting the household of God.

Your presence and cooperation will contribute greatly to the success of this important regional gathering.
