A QUANTUM LEAP FOR IMEKO CITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT … As Asphalt is layed on Road to Basilica!

The purpose and vision of the Imeko City Development Project is not only about buildings and infrastructure. It is a spiritual investment for generations to come.
The vision and mandate of our Founder, Saint S.B.J Oshoffa is to transform Celestial City, Imeko, into the ultimate spiritual pilgrimage hub, a gathering of all faithful Celestians and pilgrims where worship, revivals and great fellowship with Christ is experienced during the annual convocation, and at all other times.

By His grace, the overall development of the Celestial City, Imeko, is planned to provide shelter, comfort and convenience, as worshippers and pilgrims from all over the world undertake this sacred spiritual assignment and alignment to our own Jerusalem, Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State, Nigeria.
On Friday, 1st May, 2026, the focus, determined and dynamic team driving the vision and purpose of the Imeko City Development Project visited His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa to brief him about the projects executed so far, as well as the ongoing projects and the future plans of the team.

They were led by the team leader, SVMSE Gabriel Oshoffa. Other members of the team include Superior Evangelist Tunde Osibodu, Superior Evangelist Adejare Oshin, Superior Evangelist Henry Adelakun, Superior Evangelist Dayo Olaifa, and Superior Evangelist Jide Olayemi.

His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa commended the team for their resilience and determination in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges, and praised them for all that they have achieved since they put shoulders to the mills four years ago.
He further assured them of his continued support while also expressing his confidence in their capability to achieve the dream of transforming the Celestial City, Imeko, into our own Jerusalem.

It is worthy of mention that the laying of asphalt on the second road that leads to the Celestial Basilica, Imeko, has also commenced.
Here, we bring you pictures of on-site progress.
