Adult Harvest/Anniversary

GOD’S GOODNESS TAKES CENTRE STAGE AS C.C.C STATEN ISLAND MARKS 34TH HARVEST

Week-long programme to feature prophetic ministration, business seminar, musical night and outreach to the homeless

The Celestial Church of Christ, Staten Island Parish, New York, USA, is set to celebrate its 34th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving with the theme, “Harvest of God’s Goodness and Faithfulness,” on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

The grand thanksgiving service will hold at the church auditorium, located at 96/98 Canal Street, Staten Island, New York, following a series of spiritual, inspirational and humanitarian activities scheduled for the harvest week from Tuesday, October 13, to Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Anchored on the enduring goodness, mercy and faithfulness of God, this year’s celebration is expected to bring members, families, friends and well-wishers together in an atmosphere of worship, thanksgiving, fellowship and renewed commitment to the service of God.

The programme has been designed to provide opportunities for spiritual edification, personal development, Christian fellowship and practical expressions of love for humanity. Activities lined up for the week include Prophetic Hour with Christ, a Business Seminar, Women Council Power Day Service, Word Ministration, Prophetic Ministration and Musical Night, Feeding of the Homeless, and the grand Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service.

The Prophetic Hour with Christ and other ministration sessions are expected to provide opportunities for worshippers to seek God’s face, deepen their faith and reflect on His promises. The Word and Prophetic Ministrations will focus attention on the transformative power of God’s Word, while the Musical Night promises an atmosphere of praise, worship and thanksgiving.

The Business Seminar is expected to offer participants an opportunity to gain useful insights into business development and enterprise, while the Women Council Power Day Service will provide a special platform for women to unite in prayer, worship and spiritual empowerment.

Beyond the church auditorium, the planned Feeding of the Homeless underscores the parish’s commitment to Christian charity and compassion. The outreach will provide an opportunity to extend the love of Christ to vulnerable members of the community, reinforcing the message that genuine thanksgiving must be reflected not only in worship but also in practical acts of kindness.

The climax of the celebration on Sunday, October 18, will be the Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service, during which worshippers will offer praises and thanksgiving to God for His sustaining grace, protection, provision and faithfulness throughout the years.

The theme, “Harvest of God’s Goodness and Faithfulness,” serves as a reminder that every blessing, achievement and testimony is an expression of God’s enduring love. It also calls on believers to respond with grateful hearts, generous giving and renewed dedication to His service.

Members of the Celestial Church of Christ, other Christian faithful, residents of Staten Island and the general public are warmly invited to participate in the week-long celebration.

As the parish prepares for this milestone in its harvest tradition, worshippers are encouraged to come with expectant hearts and join in celebrating the unfailing goodness of the Almighty.

Indeed, as the parish celebrates God’s goodness and faithfulness, may His blessings, favour and mercy abound in the lives of all who participate.
