On Sunday, 9th June, 2025, a new Shepherd in Charge was posted to Celestial Church of Christ, S.B.J Oshoffa Cathedral, Mosan, Ipaja, Lagos, by the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa.
The new Shepherd in Charge, Venerable Superior Evangelist Babatunde Oladokun, was warmly received and accepted by all the parishioners.
Like one determined to justify the trust and confidence reposed in him, the new Shepherd in Charge, Venerable Superior Evangelist Babatunde Oladokun, working hand in hand with the parish’s management commitee led by Sp. Superior Evangelist Julius Akinola, hit the ground running.
Today, barely one year later, he has a long list of achievements to his credit. To begin with, the fragile peace amongst parishioners has become as solid as a rock. No more discord. No more acrimony. Parishioners now worship in a peaceful and conducive atmosphere, totally devoid of rancour.
Not only that, within that short span of time, a befitting vicarage has been built and is near completion within the premises of the parish.
We celebrate the achievements recorded at C.C.C S.B.J Oshoffa Cathedral, Mosan, in the first year of the tenure of Venerable Superior Evangelist Babatunde Oladokun as Shepherd in Charge.
We call on all Shepherds on transfer to parishes to take a cue from this beacon of hope and transformation.
