USA COURT DISMISSES CASE OF DEFAMATION AND ABUSE AGAINST HEAD OF USA NATIONAL DIOCESE, VSE OLAITAN BALOGUN AND OTHERS

VSE Olaitan Balogun, HoD USA National Diocese

A case of abuse and defamation brought against the Head of the USA National Diocese, VSE Olaitan Balogun, and others by Superior Evangelist Hassan of the C.C.C. Metropolitan Parish, Washington DC, was recently dismissed by a United States Court.

Others joined in the suit include VSE Homer Williams, VSE Koiki, Honourary Evangelist Patrick Moseh and Sister Sharon.

The case was dismissed on the grounds that the plaintiff failed to substantiate the allegations of abuse and defamation brought against the defendants.

We congratulate the defendants on this victory.

WHAT A SHAME….MR HASSAN INDEED ASSAULTED THE ELDERS AND STILL HAD THE GUY TO FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST INNOCENT PEOPLE.
HE MUST BE FULLY DEMOTED AND DISCIPLINE BY THE TASK FORCE OF CCC.
