CONTAINING STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION OF THE SOUTHERN DIOCESAN ZONE, OF THE CGD – DIOCESE OF CÔTE-D’IVOIRE

Seen the Holy Bible
According to the CCC Constitution of Celestial Church of Christ No. 489/IT/CAC/Cap.107
According to Section 142 of the CCC Constitution relating to regulatory procedures,
According to Section 107 relating to the structures of Celestial Church of Christ providing that: ” Celestial Church of Christ is One and Indivisible”, within the framework of its structural organization ,
According to Sections 108 and 188 of the CCC Constitution;

• According to Section 112 to 120 of the CCC Constitution of Celestial Church of Christ relating to the administration of Officials (Choice, nomination, accreditation, assignment of sworn and consecrated discalced parish officers, Church Workers), and Pastoral Representatives of the Church;
• According to Section 142 of the CCC Constitution relating to pastoral regulatory procedures
  -According to subsequent texts and the needs of the moment;
  -Considering the Report of the MONITORING COMMITTEE of the CGD, Diocese of Côte d’Ivoire,

DECREED:

Section 1: The South-East Diocesan Zone is now divided into two Zones which are:
1- The South – EAST Diocesan Zone and
2- The South – WEST Diocesan Zone

Section 2: Appointed Head of the SOUTH-EAST Diocesan Zone: Assistant Venerable Superior NGUESSAN FRÉDÉRIC, Responsible and Shepherd of the Israël Akwaba Parish located in Port-Bouët, Abidjan.

Section 3: The South-East Diocesan Zone runs from Abidjan to the GHANA Border.
In Abidjan, it includes the parishes of the Local Governments of:
Port-Bouet, Koumassi, Treichville, Cocody, Adjamé and Abobo, etc…From the sub-prefectures of Bingerville and, from Anyama, ME Regions, from Agneby, Tiassa and from the South-Comoé.
Section 4: Appointed Head of the South-West Diocesan Zone is the Assistant Venerable Superior KOUADIO NARCISSE, Responsible and Shepherd of the Rocher d’Israël Parish located in YOPOUGON NIANGON MARCHÉ.

Section 5: The South-West Diocesan Zone starts from Abidjan on the LIBERIA border.
It is made up of the Parishes of : Attiecoube, Yopougon, From the sub-prefecture of Songon, From the Grands Ponts regions, NAWA, GBOKLE, San-pedro and Loh-djiboua

Section 6: All parishes of the Diocese of Côte d’Ivoire, including those in the South-East Diocesan Zone and the South-West Diocesan Zone, must refer exclusively to the Financial Managers for all accounting operations for their pastoral shares throughout. of the Diocese.

Section 7: The Monitoring Committee must ensure the proper execution of this decree.

Section 8: This decree cancels all previous provisions and takes effect from this date of signature, to serve and assert what is right by law.
