    • In cases of errors or duplicate transactions, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date. We will review your request and, if applicable, process a refund.

  2. Event Fees and Registrations:

    • If you have paid for an event, program, or registration and need to cancel, please contact us at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the event’s circumstances and costs incurred.

  3. Special Campaigns and Fundraisers:

    • Donations made specifically for special campaigns or fundraisers are typically non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific campaign, please contact us directly.
