ATTENTION ALL REGIONAL HEADS AND SHEPHERDS!

Dear Beloved,

PASTORAL DIRECTIVES.

Calvary greetings to you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

You are to organise a meeting with all laity from the rank of Honourary Assistant Evangelist to Special Superior Evangelist and others within your jurisdiction. You are to remind them of their primary assignment as stipulated by the Pastor Founder, Saint S.B.J. Oshoffa, which is to come together and build the Basilica and by extension Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State.

This is the major reason for elevation into higher spiritual ranks, which are otherwise reserved for Clergy only.

In the meeting, you are to go back to the drawing board to formulate strategies on how to achieve these primary objectives.

You are to submit the outcome of the meeting and possible ways forward to my office on or before 30th April, 2025.
