His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa has made major changes in the Disciplinary, Monitoring and Task Force Corps structures of the fold. In a move which seeks to precisely delineate and separate the powers and functions of the Disciplinary, Monitoring and Task Force organs of the church, the Pastor and Spiritual Head, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has announced the following reviews:

DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: Most Superior Evangelist M.O. Ajao – Chairman.

The primary function of the Disciplinary Committee is to investigate and address instances of misconduct or violation of rules and regulations within the specific context.

1. Investigation and Fact Finding.
   • Receive and review complaints from the Pastor’s Office and the Monitoring Committee.
   • Conduct Investigation.
   • Verify Facts.
2. Decision Making and Recommendations to His Eminence.
   • Determine guilt and innocence.
   • Recommend disciplinary actions.
   • Consider mitigating circumstances.
3. Monitor progress if need be.
4. Review and revise policies.

PASTORAL MONITORING COMMITTEE (Nationwide Monitoring Exercise): AMSE Adeboyeku Okanlawon – Chairman.

The Monitoring Committee is saddled with the task of monitoring, tracking and accessing the performance of the different organs of the Celestial Church of Christ.

• The Monitoring Committee has the Pastoral Mandate to embark on thorough monitoring assignment to all Regions, Areas, Districts, Zones and Parishes and to ensure compliance as regards Pastoral Returns, Class Card, Welfare, Special Levies, Harvest Returns and Event Funds.
  • Ensure compliance to all directives emanating from the Pastor’s Office.
  • Give comprehensive reports of all monitoring activities embarked on.
  • Recommend appropriate sanctions for defaulting parishes to the Disciplinary Committee.
  • Carry out any other duties or assignments as directed by the Pastor/Spiritual Head.
  • Sporadic visitations to various parishes of the fold to ensure compliance in the setting up of altars.

The Monitoring Committee MUST take cognisance of the welfare and challenges in Regions, Areas, Districts, Zones and Parishes visited and give comprehensive reports of their visits to the Pastor/Spiritual Head for further actions.

CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST TASK FORCE CORPS:

There has been a change in the organogram of the Task Force Corps, C.C.C. W/w, with the appointment of Venerable Superior Evangelist Nosa Ojo as the new Chairman of the Task Force Corps, C.C.C Worldwide. Erstwhile Chairman, AMSE Firmin Akinbode Adjovi would now serve as the Coordinator of the Corps, as highlighted below:

The Task Force Corps, C.C.C. W/w, is saddled with the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Disciplinary and Monitoring Committees and othe relevant Stakeholders.
  • Work with relevant groups to ensure diverse decisions.

• Communicate Findings and Progress made to the Pastor’s Office.
  • Information.
  • Regular Updates.
  • Reports and Presentations.

• Implementation and Execution of Disciplinary Actions.
• Enforcement of Compliance with the Tenets and Ordinances of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
• To Ensure Orderliness at all Church Events.
• Visitation to Parishes in Crisis as Directed by the Pastor to Enforce Orderliness.
• To Ensure Compliancewith the Mode and Form of Dressing Code.
• To Carry out any other Duties or Assignments as Directed by the Pastor.

Note: All Committees will take Directives from the Pastor.
