E.M.F. ANNOUNCES ACCREDITED CHANNEL FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AT IMEKO…And Other Guiding Rules

The Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has announced new rules guiding the purchase of land at the Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State.

This announcement is made in a conscious effort to rectify and proffer a lasting solution to the problem of land purchase at the Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State.

In a memo dated 27th February, 2025, with reference number CCC/EMF/PO/AD/PD-18/02-25, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa implores all members of the fold at home and in diaspora, who intend to buy pieces of land and those planning to build houses/have buildings under construction, and in need of foreman and site workers, to please go through the accredited channel approved by the Onimeko of Imeko kn person of Chief Sikiru Aliu, Balogun Batugbo of Imeko land (08031911915).

It is also advised that all owners of abandoned building projects in Imeko should clear the bushes around the buildings regularly, as they are being used as hideouts by Fulani herdsmen to perpetrate evil in the community.

Note that any encroachment on land that has been fully acquired, surveyed and registered in the name of the Celestial Church of Christ, would attract the demolition of such buildings.

Please make sure that you verify the authenticity of the land you intend to purchase to avoid disputes.
