CONDITIONS TO MEET BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR LETTERS OF POSTING AND TRANSFER… C.C.C. W/w Monitoring States Terms

This is to inform all Clergy that the following conditions MUST be fulfilled before letters of Posting and Transfer can be collected.

1. Candidates for Posting and Transfer MUST present receipts of payment of returns for the last three months to representatives of the Monitoring Committee at the point of collection of transfer letters. It is only those that meet this condition that would receive their letters of posting.
2. Candidates for Posting and Transfer who have paid returns but are yet to be given their receipts are to present their complaints to the Monitoring Committee, C.C.C. W/w.
3. Regional Heads are to ensure that clergy under their watch comply with these directives.
4. The date and venue for the distribution and collection of Posting and Transfer letters would be announced soon.
