C.C.C Women Bible Fellowship Holds National Convention at C.C.C Ayo Mother Parish, Goshen Cathedral, Peterborough, Canada

The Women Bible Fellowship of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide is holding its 2026 Canadian National Convention at the Celestial Church of Christ, Ayo Mother Parish, Goshen Cathedral in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, bringing together women of the church for a week of worship, spiritual renewal, biblical teaching and fellowship.

The convention, which began on Monday, September 21, is scheduled to run through Sunday, September 27, under the inspirational theme “Flourishing in Christ” (Colossians 2:7).

The programme is hosted by A/M/S/E Adekunle Lawal, Shepherd in Charge of Goshen Cathedral and the Archdiocese of Canada, with M/C Prophetess Yetunde Odeyemi (JP), Coordinator General of the Women Bible Prayer and Spiritual Fellowship.

The gathering is providing an opportunity for women from different parts of the Celestial Church of Christ community in Canada and beyond to come together in prayer and worship, while deepening their understanding of the Christian faith. According to official event announcement, the week is centred on teaching, prayer and fellowship, reflecting the convention’s emphasis on spiritual growth and strengthening the bonds of sisterhood among members.

The choice of “Flourishing in Christ” as the theme, points participants toward a life rooted firmly in Christ, with Colossians 2:7 urging believers to be “rooted and built up in him and established in the faith.”

The convention is also taking place at an important moment for Goshen Cathedral, also known as Ayo Mother Parish, the National Headquarters of the Archdiocese of Canada. The cathedral is located at 441 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, Ontario, and has become a focal point for worship and major activities of the Celestial Church of Christ in Canada.

As the convention moves toward its conclusion on Sunday, September 27, the gathering is expected to culminate in worship and thanksgiving, before the cathedral hosts its 42nd Adult Harvest on that same day.

The Women Bible Fellowship convention is therefore not merely a week-long church programme, but a significant gathering aimed at prayer, spiritual nourishment, fellowship and the strengthening of women in their Christian calling.
