ANOTHER LANDMARK VICTORY FOR E.M.F AT BROMLEY COUNTY COURT, UK…Can Now Exercise Authority Over C.C.C Harton Street Parish!

His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide and C.C.C UK Diocese have won a landmark court case at the Bromley County Court in UK today, Thursday 29th January 2026.

This is coming barely forty eight hours after emerging victorious in the case instituted against him by Banjo and Ors at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The claimant in the case at the Bromley County Court was represented by VSE Bayo King, who had refused to obey a pastoral order transferring him as Shepherd from C.C.C Harton Street Parish, and thereafter filed a claim for trespassing and harassment, along with an injunction against the C.C.C UK Diocese, as representative of the Pastor.

Other defendants in the case include Most Superior Evangelist Amos Fatusin, Venerable Superior Evangelist Taiwo John, Venerable Superior Evangelist Gbolahan Oshin and Venerable Superior Evangelist Seyi Akomolafe.

The case was struck out by the presiding judge, Richard Watson, without any cost award to either party.

The judgment is a clear victory for the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, as regards his right to exercise authority over Celestial Church of Christ, Harton Street Parish, London, UK.
