Presentation of scheduled programmes and reports from all Sub-Committees (Media, Sports, Security, Evangelism, Adena, Welfare, Crowd Control, Protocol, Transport, Medical, etc.)

Presentation by representatives from the PIC Works Committee

Consideration of quotations from vendors for rectification

Other vital matters

Note: Attendance of all Sub-Committee Heads is compulsory.
