FROM REDUNDANCY TO PRODUCTIVITY AND SELF REALISATION: YOUTH COORDINATOR, VSE VICTOR UADIALE, CHANGES THE YOUTH NARRATIVE

The General Youth Coordinator of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide and Chairman, Youth Development and Empowerment Committee of the Pastor-in- Council, VSE VICTOR UADIALE, was graciously received by the Cameroon Diocese and the Youth Coordinators of various countries across Africa at the just concluded familiarization visit in Younade Cameroun.

It was a joyful and unifying moment as the youth leaders and members expressed their happiness and full acceptance of his leadership. In the spirit of love and unity, they pledged their loyalty and willingness to work with him to foster peace, progress, and harmony across the youth wing of the church.

He was accompanied by V.S.E N.M.R. Abdon, the Pastoral Secretary to the Francophone Countries and also a member of both the Pastor -In-Council and Youth Development & Empowerment Committee.

The Interim International Youth Council Assistant Secretary, Prophetess Epouhe Lumiere, who was instrumental to the visit was on ground to welcome the Youth Coordinator on his arrival at the Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport on Friday 1st August 2025.

Other Francophone Youth Coordinators present were Gabon, Senegal, Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast and the host country, Cameroun. A number of other countries joined online through the Zoom platform.

In his address, on Saturday 2nd August 2025, the Youth Coordinator brought greetings from the Pastor and Spiritual Head of C.C.C. Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, who had recently been recognised and honoured as a UN Ambassador of Peace by the Universal Peace Federation, an arm of the United Nations.

He thanked God for His protection, guidance, and positive positioning of the church through our father, the Pastor and Spiritual Head of CCC Worldwide.
He added that His Eminence Reverend Pastor E.M.F. Oshoffa, in his wisdom, appointed and mandated him, a few months ago, to gather and unite all the Celestial Church of Christ youths under one umbrella. Hence, the familiarisation visit to the Francophone youths and by extension, Heads of Diocese in the francophone region, with a view to build a foundation and enhance collaboration amongst C.C.C. youths.

FOUNDATION
The intended foundation is to build and harmonise the existing structure to accommodate this new structure that will be categorised into three main components.

• Unity amongst C.C.C. youths worldwide.
• The integration admits C.C.C. youths in terms of growth between spiritual and physical, that will empower and metamorphose into financial benefits for the youths.
• The participation/alignment of C.C.C. youths to avoid marginalisation of any region, country, or diocese.

The Youth Coordinator made it known that to observe the annual and mandatory spiritual duty in C.C.C. which is the Christmas Convocation for every devoted C.C.C. member at Imeko, Ogun State, Nigeria is key, though it usually consumes time, energy, effort, and finances.

He added that the youths are all expected to meet this spiritual obligation and also highlighted his agenda on the following points to start with

EMPOWERMENT SCHEME:

The Youth Coordinator’s vision is to see an average Celestial youth, not just spiritually loaded but also empowered to meet his/her daily financial responsibilities and not to be a liability to the church.

He added that his team will be making arrangements to organise an empowerment scheme in the form of a trade fair in line with world economic policies for ECOWAS countries, to showcase individual talent, creative work and agro-economy.

TECHNOLOGY ECONOMY – A.I

Looking at the past sequence in the church structure, records show that there was no structure fashioned, on ground, to address or accommodate the welfare yearnings of the youths and general church workers.

Records also show that about 75% of the church population are the youths; hence, the Pastor, in his wisdom, decided to address this issue once and for all. And so, appointed him to assist in creating an enabling environment for the youths, both spiritually and physically and by extension, he believes it will manifest into financial freedom.

The introduction of technology using artificial intelligence (AI), will eradicate our old analogue system and introduce a digitalised platform that will enable innovation, creativity/art economy, individual networking, and expansion.

He mention that he shall also be scouting for committed individuals with the fear of God, philanthropies, and youth-orientated minds, to either collaborate, co-opt, or be appointed to work as a formidable team for the youths.

He reiterated that he will be creating workshops, seminars, and web pages for collaborations and assessment in all relevant areas of interest within the adult youths or young elders, for both economic empowerment and by extension, spiritual enhancement and benefits.

TO PROPERLY CASCADE THIS VISION DOWN

In his address, he made it clear that he havs been able to classify the youth structure into 3 different categories.

1. Adult or Young Elders – Youth (20 – 49 years old)
2. Teenagers – Adolescent – Youth (10 – 19 years old)
3. Toddlers or Juvenile – Youth (1-10 Years Old)

CONCLUSIVELY
He promised to create a think tank team that will come up with numerous programs that will impact and enhance individual growth and personal development, and also create value and productivity within the church, to eliminate idleness and reduce the poverty level among our youths.

He concluded by saying that the youth official email is now available and also the website.
For any inquires, his office is open to suggestions and inputs that will move the youths of the church forward.

This speech won the hearts of the francophone youths. It seemed as if God sent him to shine the light and eradicate darkness.

The Francophone youths appreciated his speech and promised to cooperate with him, although they expressed some reservation which are contained in the communique that would be released very soon.
They pledged their acceptance, allegiance and loyalty to move the church forward.

The Youth Coordinator believes the youth input will capture the Pastor’s interest to invest more in the youths of the church, after seeing a positive and radical change in the youth wing of the church.

Sunday 3rd August 2025, was simultaneously the Harvest Thanksgiving of C.C.C. Paroisse Mont des Oliviers, Yaoundé Cameroun.

Here Franck Vlehi, President du CNJCC Cote d Ivoire, stayed back to feliciate and celebrate the harvest thanksgiving service, where the Youth Coordinator V.S.E. Victor Uadiale met the first celestian family in Cameroon, MC Eugenie Singock,

It was recorded in the church history that it was her husband, who built the first parish that the Pastor Founder Rev. S B.J Oshoffa came to open in1983 and she became d first Mother Celestial in Cameroun.

Joy overflowed as the Youth Coordinator was showered with many gifts and was also given the leverage to minister as the Pastor’s representative from Nigeria.

This visit has made a remarkable turn-around and brought forth good tidings as the francophone youths believe that his presence is a blessing and his leadership by example is well appreciated.

We believe this visit has opened a new chapter.
