FIRST OF ITS KIND: C.C.C. NOAH’S ARK, ERITH, ORGANISES DEPARTMENTAL TRAINING FOR PARISH WORKERS

Celestial Church of Christ, Noah’s Ark Parish, Kent Province Headquarters, Erith, UK, has organised a first of its kind departmental training for her parish workers.

Led by Venerable Superior Evangelist Anthony Emmanuel, Shepherd in Charge of the parish, the training programme sought to highlight the importance of the Celestial Constitution, educate each department of the parish on the place of integrity in their respective roles, ensure that parish workers are role models to parishioners and encourage complete team work and effective synergy between the different departments of the parish, with a focus on making the parish as a whole to function effectively and seamlessly as part of the bigger C.C.C. UK Diocese, under the overall leadership of the Head of UK Diocese. And above all, ensuring that proposed parish projects conform with the overall objective of the parish in line with the Celestial Constitution.

In addition to all these, training and development needs were identified for departmental heads with a view to encouraging them to be able to pin point the training needs of individual parishioners in order to equip them for better paying jobs.

This training and development programme appears to have invariably positioned C.C.C. Noah’s Ark Parish, Kent Province Headquarters, Erith, UK, as a reference point in human resource development amongst parishes of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
