39 YEARS AFTER, SAINT S.B.J. OSHOFFA LIVES ON: A Soul-Stirring Tribute!

SAMUEL BILEWU JOSEPH OSHOFFA was humble to the core, yet a giant in so many ways. He took nothing for himself, and gave God all the praise. He was faithful by nature. He was a powerful man. His heart was directed by God’s own hand.
He minced no words calling sin by its name and making the Bible his source and his flame. He walked the surface of the earth doing good everywhere, offering and bearing our burdens. When he prayed, he could bring you right down to your knees. He was not perfect, yet he was perfectly suited by God.
There has never been another like Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa. A man who touched countless lives in so many ways.
Describing a man like Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa is like trying to fill a huge barrel using teaspoons of water. It’s almost impossible. He—and his words—were simple, yet profound. As a devout follower of Jesus, he exhibited many of the Lord’s divine attributes: goodness, kindness, faithfulness, dedication, singlemindedness, love, patience, joy, steadfastness, and so many more.
Lord Jesus, what a servant you gave to the world in the man, Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa. Thank you for his life and for the way he lived it so graciously and purposefully. Although he has passed from this world, his influence and legacy lives on. Help us, each in our own way, to serve you with the passion of one who has been changed from darkness to light

For those who don’t yet know You and the power of Your gospel, help us to be bright lights to help them turn in repentance and faith to You, the true Light of the World.
Fill us with Your love, Your grace, and Your goodness that crosses all barriers and conditions. Make us useable, Lord.
Let others see Jesus in us. Help us to keep sharing the timeless message and Good News of Your salvation that Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa, so faithfully delivered in his years on this earth. Help us to keep making Your precious name known—until we draw our last breath on this earth. Amen.

In response to above prayers, I ask that God takes away from celestial family, division and garment pride, so we can stay focused in doing things that actually matter. In Jesus mighty name. Amen

This a very big honor and with humility I post a comment about the write up on Papa as everyone called him
It was a divine privilege to have been very close to our father and his immediate family for well over two decades at Ketu before his transition, during the burial and after his burial
Papa SBJ OSHOFFA was truly a messenger of Christ , a man filled with the Holy Spirit who would NEVER DO ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: He came , answered the called of Christ and obediently followed Jesus Christ to the end
On his way out he left instructions about what to do after his exit!!! , however unfortunately those he left behind did not followed the instructions and here we are today.; The church that was highly respected and honored in the day of Papa is now no where to be found in the committee of churches
The church where humility and respect flowed in the ranking of members of the church has been taken over by arrogance , pride and without fear of God
The church where a prophet would prophesied and would come to pass immediately is now full of false prophets/prophetesses
A church where the two commandments of our Lord Jesus ( Love the Lord and love your neighbors) were been obeyed: where simple halleluyah greetings got things done, be on the road side or in an office when seeking for help or assistance is now a place of hatred and other vices
Can we get back to the old days of Papa, yes of course, the messenger might have gone but the sender of the message and the message are still active many of the actors might have gone but for those of us that are still alive , we can still do something : The Bible advice us in 2Chronicle 7:14 that “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land”.
The message for us here is that God will respond to our cries, and has responded by sending Jesus, who does what Solomon could never do (obey God perfectly). Within this idea, there still remains the truth that if God’s people, his church, humble themselves and seek him, they will bring sanity , victory and blessings to the church and we will regain our respect
Satan must be chased out of the church
Let everyone purge his/her soul
